HANNOVER Finanz, a private equity company, completed the acquisition of HUEBERS Verfahrenstechnik Maschinenbau, a supplier of machines and systems for resin casting and impregnation applications. Financial terms were not disclosed. The company's international network consists of its own service and sales branches in China and Japan as well as commercial agencies worldwide. The company intends to use venture capital to drive growth and internationalization.
