Armonia and Azimut Libera Impresa completed the acquisition of Induplast from Europe Capital Partners for $128m.

Armonia, an asset management company, and Azimut Libera Impresa, a private equity firm, completed the acquisition of Induplast, a designer and manufacturer of plastic containers, from Europe Capital Partners, a private equity firm, for $128m. The entire capital of the packaging company which mainly produces deodorant sticks, lip sticks, as well as single and double wall jars for major national and international cosmetic and pharmaceutical companies, was taken over by the fund Europe Capital Partners, controlled by Euro Capital and the founding families.
