Arcline Investment-backed Quantic Electronics, an electronic component company, completed the acquisition of BEI Precision, a developer of precision parts and systems intended to be used in mission-critical defense and space applications, from JF Lehman, a middle-market private equity firm. Financial terms were not disclosed. "Our successful partnership with management has enabled BEI Precision to transform from a small, stable business unit of a larger corporate parent into a standalone, high-growth enterprise with state-of-the art products occupying sole-source positions on high priority space and defense electronic programs," Steve Brooks, BEI Precision Chairman of Board of Directors.
