Silver Lake Partners to invest in RAC.

Silver Lake Partners, a global technology investment firm, agreed to invest in RAC, a breakdown assistance provider, joining existing investors CVC and GIC. Financial terms were not disclosed. "RAC is a strong brand, and the company has been known for a long time for its quality of service and focus on the customer.
