Francisco Partners, a private equity firm, agreed to acquire a minority stake in RugsUSA, a retailer of rugs, from Comvest Partners, a private equity firm, for $925m. “RugsUSA is dislocating the traditional retail experience, and we are excited to be partnering with the company to accelerate growth in core markets and expand into new categories and geographies,” Christine Wang, Francisco Partners Principal.
