CVC Capital Partners and August Equity completed the acquisition of a minority stake in Medivet from Inflexion.

CVC Capital Partners and August Equity, tho private equity firms, completed the acquisition of a minority stake in Medivet, a veterinary care services provider, from Inflexion, a private equity firm. Financial terms were not disclosed.
