Singapore Technologies completed the acquisition of TransCore and TLP Holdings from Roper Technologies for $2.68bn.

Singapore Technologies Engineering, a technology, defense, and engineering group, completed the acquisition of the toling solutions providers TransCore and TLP Holdings from Roper Technologies, a diversified technology company, for $2.68bn. “Our acquisition of TransCore marks a significant expansion to our world-class Smart Mobility portfolio.
