CDW completed the acquisition of Sirius Computer Solutions from Clayton, Dubilier & Rice for $2.5bn.

CDW, an IT solutions provider, completed the acquisition of Sirius Computer Solutions, an IT services management company, from Clayton, Dubilier & Rice, a private equity firm, for $2.5bn. “We are excited to officially welcome the talented Sirius team to CDW.
