Artemis Capital Partners, a Boston-based private equity firm, completed the acquisition of R.M. Lucas, a manufacturer of coatings, sealants, and adhesives for roof repair and restoration. Financial terms were not disclosed. "R.M. Lucas' formulated coatings fit perfectly within the Artemis Specialty Chemicals and Advanced Materials segment.
