Resonetics completed the acquisition of Hudson Medical Innovations from Preco.

Resonetics, a pioneer in advanced engineering and manufacturing solutions for the life sciences industry completed the acquisition of Hudson Medical Innovations, a manufacturer of microfluidics, point-of-care diagnostics, biosensors, and advanced wound care devices, from Preco, a premier provider of die cutting & laser equipment solutions for advanced material processing needs. Financial terms were not disclosed.
