Penske Automotive Group completed the acquisition of McCoy Freightliner.

Penske Automotive Group, a diversified international transportation services company, completed the acquisition of McCoy Freightliner, a retailer of medium and heavy-duty commercial trucks. Financial terms were not disclosed. The McCoy acquisition is expected to generate approximately $200m in annualized revenue, building further scale within the company's wholly-owned Premier Truck Group subsidiary.
