Synopsis
Genesys, an American software company that sells customer experience, completed the acquisition of Exceed.ai, a proven intelligent lead activation and conversation engine. Financial terms were not disclosed. "With Pointillist and Exceed.ai part of Genesys, our customers will be able to unify, enrich and orchestrate empathetic experiences across marketing, sales and service."
