CCC-backed Arctic completed the acquisition of Kobol from Grupo K Refrigeracion.

CCC-backed Arctic, a company that specializes in designing and manufacturing commercial and industrial refrigeration systems, completed the acquisition of Kobol, a European technology in gas coolers, condensers, dry coolers, evaporators, and condensing units, from Grupo K Refrigeracion, a manufacturer of industrial refrigeration machinery and condensers. Financial terms were not disclosed. “CCCHE offers the support Kobol needs to grow.
