3G Capital-backed Hunter Douglas, a provider of window coverings and manufacturer of architectural products, agreed to acquire a 74% stake in Droma-Sunshade Experts, a Polish assembler of made-to-measure exterior sunscreens, shutters, and awnings. Financial terms were not disclosed. Droma-Sunshade Experts, based in Zabrze, Poland. The founders of Droma-Sunshade Experts will remain minority shareholders, and the company will continue to operate independently, under present management. The acquisition will improve Hunter Douglas Europe as a supplier of exterior window coverings.
