Monster Beverage completed the acquisition of CANarchy Craft Brewery Collective for $330m.

Monster Beverage, an energy drink subsegment of the beverage industry, completed the acquisition of CANarchy Craft Brewery Collective, an operator of a holding company for breweries, for $330m. “This transaction provides us with a springboard from which to enter the alcoholic beverage sector. The acquisition will provide us with a fully in-place infrastructure, including people, distribution and licenses, along with alcoholic beverage development expertise and manufacturing capabilities in this industry," Hilton Schlosberg, Monster Vice Chairman and Co-CEO.
