Nestlé Health Science, a nutritional science company, agreed to acquire a majority stake in Orgain, a plant-based functional nutrition platform, from Butterfly, a Los Angeles-based private equity firm. Financial terms were not disclosed. "Orgain was a mission before it became a company.
