One Rock Capital Partners completed the acquisition of Therm-O-Disc from Emerson for $1bn.

One Rock Capital Partners, a private equity investment management firm, completed the acquisition of Therm-O-Disc, a sensors manufacturer, from Emerson, a technology and engineering company, for $1bn. "Therm-O-Disc is well-positioned as a leading global manufacturer of branded, essential sensor and safety products.
