Black Diamond Capital Management to acquire the storage tanks business of Arcosa for $275m.

Black Diamond Capital Management, a private equity firm, agreed to acquire the storage tanks business of Arcosa, a provider of infrastructure-related products and solutions, for $275m. “Today’s announcement represents a significant milestone in the advancement of our long-term vision to reduce the complexity of Arcosa’s overall portfolio and focus on strategic growth in select markets where we can achieve a sustainable competitive advantage," Antonio Carrillo, Arcosa President and CEO.
