CapVest Partners completed the acquisition of Second Nature Brands from Palladium Equity Partners.

CapVest Partners, a private equity firm, completed the acquisition of Second Nature Brands, a creator of snacks and treats, from Palladium Equity Partners, a private equity firm with over $3bn in assets under management. Financial terms were not disclosed. "We are very proud of the results that have been achieved at Second Nature Brands.
