Sandvik, an engineering group in mining and rock excavation, rock processing, metal-cutting and materials technology, completed the spin-off of Alleima, a global manufacturer of advanced stainless steels, special alloys and heating systems. “We are very pleased with the decision by Sandvik’s shareholders.
