Sandvik completed the spin-off of Alleima.

Sandvik, an engineering group in mining and rock excavation, rock processing, metal-cutting and materials technology, completed the spin-off of Alleima, a global manufacturer of advanced stainless steels, special alloys and heating systems. “We are very pleased with the decision by Sandvik’s shareholders. We now very much look forward to establishing Alleima as a standalone listed company and develop our position as a market leader in advanced materials for the future," Andreas Nordbrandt, Alleima Chairman of the Board of Directors.
