Miura Partners-backed Educaedu completed the acquisition of Emagister.

Miura Partners-backed Educaedu, a digital training courses provider, completed the acquisition of Emagister, a training marketplace. Financial terms were not disclosed. Educaedu's founders, along with the expanded management team, will continue to drive international growth and strengthen digital capabilities. In addition, the new dimension of the group will improve the level of service to educational centers, the user experience, and expand the quality training offer. Both Educaedu and Emagister will continue to operate under their respective brands, maintaining their equipment and integrating their service offerings.
