MGM Resorts International to acquire LeoVegas for $607m.

MGM Resorts International, an American global hospitality and entertainment company, offered to acquire LeoVegas, a Swedish mobile gaming company, for $607m. "We have achieved remarkable success with BetMGM in the US, and with the acquisition of LeoVegas in Europe we will expand our online gaming presence globally.
