Nitto completed the acquisition of Bend Labs for $77m.

Nitto, a Japanese company that produces tapes, vinyl, LCDs, insulation, and several other products, completed the acquisition of Bend Labs, a soft silicone sensor platform bringing smarter motion sensing to today's products, for $77m. Nitto develops new products and services by strategically devoting resources to Nitto’s three focus domains: Information Interface, Next-generation Mobility, and Human Life. The acquisition of Bend will also accelerate innovation in these domains.
