GM Group-backed JM Suomi, a developer of housing and residential areas, agreed to acquire Gradina Tampere, a construction company. Financial terms were not disclosed. "Tampere is a strongly growing and dynamic city, where expansion is part of JM Suomen's growth strategy. Gradina's competent, experienced and respected personnel and the land reserve support JM's establishment in Tampere very well.
