GM Group-backed JM Suomi to acquire Gradina Tampere.

GM Group-backed JM Suomi, a developer of housing and residential areas, agreed to acquire Gradina Tampere, a construction company. Financial terms were not disclosed. "Tampere is a strongly growing and dynamic city, where expansion is part of JM Suomen's growth strategy. Gradina's competent, experienced and respected personnel and the land reserve support JM's establishment in Tampere very well. In addition, the company's responsible and environmentally conscious operation fits well with JM's principles," Markus Heino, JM Suomen CEO.
