BTV Multimedia to acquire STW Spleisstechnik West.

BTV Multimedia, a provider of products and services intended for the broadband communication industry, agreed to acquire STW Spleisstechnik West, a firm connecting the Alpine region with fiber optic system solutions. Financial terms were not disclosed. "We are delighted to welcome STW Spleisstechnik West as a second strong company from Austria to the BTV Multimedia Group, alongside FIONIS GmbH. It is with deep conviction that by joining forces, we will significantly and sustainably advance fiber optic expansion in Austria and southern Germany," Joe Doering, BTV Multimedia CEO.
