BTV Multimedia, a provider of products and services intended for the broadband communication industry, agreed to acquire STW Spleisstechnik West, a firm connecting the Alpine region with fiber optic system solutions. Financial terms were not disclosed. "We are delighted to welcome STW Spleisstechnik West as a second strong company from Austria to the BTV Multimedia Group, alongside FIONIS GmbH.
