Arta Capital completed the acquisition of a 37.4% stake in Facundo for $23m.

Arta Capital, a private equity firm, completed the acquisition of a 37.4% stake in Facundo, a nuts and snacks supplier in Spain, for $23m. The entry of Artá comes to support a new growth phase of the company, focused on the development of its production capacity and the launch of new products.
