Grupa Pracuj completed the acquisition of softgarden from Investcorp for $125m.

Grupa Pracuj, a digital recruiter, completed the acquisition of softgarden, a software management firm, from Investcorp, a provider and manager of alternative investment products, for $125m. Berlin-based softgarden offers software for digital recruitment as well as features including time-tracking, vacation and absence management, and personnel file management.
