Gurnet Point Capital and Patient Square Capital to acquire Radius Health for $890m.

Gurnet Point Capital, a private equity and venture capital firm, and Patient Square Capital, a health care investment firm, completed the acquisition of Radius Health, a biopharmaceutical company, for $890m. “We are delighted to be acquiring Radius and providing additional resources to the Company during this critical time.
