No Dig Alliance to acquire NCC NoDig from NCC.

No Dig Alliance, a provider of underground pipelines installation and renovation services, agreed to acquire NCC NoDig, a trenchless pipe installation solution, from NCC, a Swedish construction company. Financial terms were not disclosed. “NCC NoDig has first-rate operations in both Norway and Sweden, and is also a perfect fit for No Dig Alliance.
