Vitruvian Partners completed the acquisition of a majority stake in Meriplex.

Vitruvian Partners, a private equity firm, completed the acquisition of a majority stake in Meriplex, a cybersecurity services provider. Private equity firm Clairvest Group and Meriplex management will retain a minority investment in the company. Financial terms were not disclosed. "Vitruvian Partners will help further accelerate our rapid growth, enabling us to continue to expand our nationwide footprint and capabilities to better serve our customers.
