TA Associates to acquire a majority stake in Green Street from Welsh, Carson, Anderson & Stowe.

TA Associates, a private equity firm, agreed to acquire a majority stake in Green Street, a provider of commercial real estate intelligence and analytics, from Welsh, Carson, Anderson & Stowe, a private equity firm focused exclusively on the technology and healthcare industries.
