Cornerstone-backed Walbar Engine, a manufacturer of aircraft turbine engine components, completed the acquisition of Guaymas manufacturing facility of Sequa-backed Chromalloy, a global technology company. Financial terms were not disclosed. “This is an excellent business combination that will have a significant, positive impact on Walbar’s growth trajectory.
