DuMont-backed UNITED completed the acquisition of artegic from Main Capital Partners.

DuMont-backed UNITED, a marketing technology company, completed the acquisition of artegic, a developer of a marketing automation software platform, from Main Capital Partners, an investment management firm. Financial terms were not disclosed. “UNITED is taking a strong strategic step with the acquisition of artegic. We are excited to work with the management team of artegic to lift synergies within the digital marketing arm of the DuMont Group," Christian Friedrichs, UNITED Managing Director.
