DuMont-backed UNITED, a marketing technology company, completed the acquisition of artegic, a developer of a marketing automation software platform, from Main Capital Partners, an investment management firm. Financial terms were not disclosed. “UNITED is taking a strong strategic step with the acquisition of artegic.
