Groupe SEB completed the acquisition of a minority stake in La San Marco from Massimo Zanetti Beverage Group.

Groupe SEB, a consortium that produces small appliances, completed the acquisition of a minority stake in La San Marco, a manufacturer of professional coffee machines, from Massimo Zanetti Beverage Group, a coffee company. Financial terms were not disclosed.
