New Harbor Capital-backed Advent Home Medical, an at-home respiratory care company providing services and medical equipment to patients, completed the acquisition of Med Emporium, a provider of respiratory equipment and services. Financial terms were not disclosed. “We are very excited to partner with the Med Emporium team. Their expertise in the non-invasive ventilation market is highly complementary to Advent’s offerings.
