Constellation Software-backed Perseus Group completed the acquisition of Winklevoss Technologies.

Constellation Software-backed Perseus Group, an operating group, completed the acquisition of Winklevoss Technologies, a provider of defined benefit pension plan valuation and administration software. Financial terms were not disclosed. “We are excited to be joining the Perseus Group, which marks a significant milestone in WinTech’s story.
