Pressure Vessel Service completed the acquisition of DX Holding Company.

Pressure Vessel Service, a provider of basic and specialty chemicals, completed the acquisition of DX Holding Company, a manufacturer of water treatment chemicals and industrial chemical products. Financial terms were not disclosed, “PVS and DX/DPC leaders see the potential these two companies will create together. Both are family-owned and have a long history of outstanding customer service. Both companies produce related products and together, our combined efforts will create a larger footprint across the US,” David Nicholson, PVS President and CEO.
