Pressure Vessel Service, a provider of basic and specialty chemicals, completed the acquisition of DX Holding Company, a manufacturer of water treatment chemicals and industrial chemical products. Financial terms were not disclosed, “PVS and DX/DPC leaders see the potential these two companies will create together. Both are family-owned and have a long history of outstanding customer service.
