Monster to acquire Bang Energy from Vital Pharmaceuticals.

Monster, a beverage company that manufactures energy drinks, agreed to acquire Bang Energy, a brand of energy drinks, from Vital Pharmaceuticals, a pharmaceutical company. Financial terms were not disclosed. Monster will acquire Bang Energy’s performance beverages and related Bang Energy businesses through the purchase of substantially all of Bang Energy’s assets.
