Mobilize Lease&Co completed the acquisition of Mobility Concept and MeinAuto from Hg Capital-backed MeinAuto Group.

Mobilize Lease&Co, a car rental services provider, completed the acquisition of Mobility Concept and MeinAuto, a German car leasing company, from Hg Capital-backed MeinAuto Group, a vehicle and mobility subscription firm. Financial terms were not disclosed. “The acquisition of MeinAuto, a leading multi-brand marketplace offering 100% digital path, will help us accelerate and significantly strengthen our development in Germany,” Enrico Rossini, Mobilize Lease&Co CEO.
