Fiee, Marguerite and Pioneer Point to acquire Comat Servizi Energetici.

Fondo Italiano per l'Efficienza Energetica, a private equity firm, Marguerite, a private equity firm, and Pioneer Point, a private equity firm, agreed to acquire Comat Servizi Energetici, an electric utility company. Financial terms were not disclosed. “We strongly believe that a successful energy transition will require significant action on the demand side of the energy market and that the role of companies like CSE will be critical to delivering it.
