ICG-backed TNG completed the acquisition of sdt.net.

ICG-backed TNG, a German IT and telecommunications provider, completed the acquisition of sdt.net, a a telecommunications company that provides internet service. Financial terms were not disclosed. "TNG has proven in recent years to make a cost-effective and customer-oriented contribution in closing the fibre gap in Germany. We want the company to become a leading fibre provider across Germany," Frank Heiss, ICG Managing Director and Head of the DACH region.
