SoftBank Group and Symbotic formed a GreenBox Systems joint venture.

SoftBank Group, a Japanese multinational conglomerate holding company headquartered in Tokyo, and Symbotic, a global provider of integrated supply network automation solutions for warehouses and distribution centers, formed a GreenBox Systems joint venture. “We are pleased to partner with SoftBank in this venture that accelerates our shared vision to transform the supply chain.
