Emerson to acquire FLEXIM Flexible Industriemeßtechnik.

Emerson, a global technology, software, and engineering company providing innovative solutions for customers in industrial and commercial markets, agreed to acquire FLEXIM Flexible Industriemeßtechnik, a provider of clamp-on ultrasonic flow measurement for liquids, gases and steam.
