Olin Corporation-backed Winchester, a specialist in manufacturing ammunition for hunters and shooters, completed the acquisition of White Flyer Targets, a manufacturer and supplier of skeet, sporting clay, blackout, and pitch target products, from Reagent Chemical & Research, a provider of hydrochloric acid and sport shooting clay targets. Financial terms were not disclosed. "Winchester is the perfect choice to take ownership of our iconic brand.
