Grupo Lamosa to acquire Baldocer for €425m.

Grupo Lamosa, a ceramics and building materials company, agreed to acquire Baldocer, a tile manufacturer, for €425m. The acquisition of Baldocer with operations in Spain strengthens Grupo Lamosa's positioning and presence in Europe. It also represents another step in the company's growth and diversification path.
